Tucked away on the wooded banks of Lake Tuscaloosa, the rustic 1820s Boone Cabin provides historic charm, modern features, and breathtaking views of the lake.  With a sleeping capacity of eight people, the cabin can easily accommodate single or multiple families. The cabin features a cozy living room with a smart, flat screen TV and unlimited cable channels, kitchen with modern amenities, two full baths, master bedroom, two upstairs bedrooms for guests, and outdoor grilling on a separate patio.  To further enhance your stay, camping gear, canoes, kayaks, and other outdoor equipment can be rented through the University’s Recreation Center. Boone Cabin sits nestled near the east bank of Lake Tuscaloosa and is located approximately 35 minutes from the University of Alabama campus.

Perfect for a weekend stay, special event, family or class reunion, game day weekends, and even your special wedding day!  The cabin has a large back porch full of rocking chairs to accommodate multiple guests that leads down a brand new winding, slated rock pathway to the water. If that is not enough, Adirondack chairs are provided for your leisure of small talks, soaking up some sun, or watching your loved ones swim.  For guest accommodations, the cabin hosts a top of the line hotel series queen bed in the master bedroom and one upstairs bedroom while the other contains four twin beds and activity table.  To once again have a modern touch in the rustic setting, large flat screen TVs in the queen bedrooms and wireless internet throughout the cabin.  Click the Available Dates tab above to book your stay now!
